Our Privacy Policy commitment

Production Elite is committed to protecting your privacy and security. From time to time we may invite you to supply personal information in order for us to provide you with our services (such as CVs, personal details and company information). 

In order to deliver such services, we will need to process and store your personal information and may need to transfer it to the relevant employer or client. By submitting your personal information, you consent to such processing in connection with us introducing you to employers or our clients. We will notify you of any transfers in connection with our services and for any other purposes to which you consent at the time you provide the information or as provided in this privacy policy.

This policy only applies to the use that we make of data provided to us via the internet and email. Other uses may be made of data provided to Production Elite in correspondence, by telephone or by other means not detailed in this policy.

Our reasons for collecting information from you 

We will only use the information you submit to us to aid the services we provide and will not pass on any information to third parties without your prior consent. We will notify you as to the types of information we are collecting about you as well as the uses we intend to make of that information. We may use the information we collect about you to notify you from time to time about important changes to our services.

Data Production Act 1998

Production Elite will comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 (below) when processing the information that you supply to us about yourself as a freelancer or employer.

The Data Protection Act gives individuals the right to know what information is held about them. It provides a framework to ensure that personal information is handled properly. The Act states that anyone who processes personal information must comply with eight principles, which make sure that personal information is:

1. Fairly and lawfully processed

2. Processed for limited purposes

3. Adequate, relevant and not excessive

4. Accurate and up to date

5. Not kept for longer than is necessary

6. Processed in line with your rights

7. Secure

8. Not transferred to other countries without adequate protection
