Production Elite offers a professional and personal service for our subscribed members which includes a live published profile that advertises your skills to employers, exclusive access to our jobs board and the additional support of a trusted and professional agency service whereby we recommend you to our clients when they make direct requests to us.

We limit the number of freelancers in each of the key production roles or specialist areas each year, enabling us to maintain the highest standards and efficiency when employers are searching the database and we are recommending our freelancers to employers.

We are launching a subscription only service from the 15th April 2012 with an improved interactive profile and online account system that will sit alongside the existing agency service. All new members will receive a free 7-day-trial of our membership before deciding whether or not to continue working with us...

So what's new?

We are introducing a live published profile element to the site that will allow employers to easily find and contact you directly about work. We will continue to restrict the number of people we represent in order to maintain high standards and efficient searches/job applications. You will now see who has viewed your profile and what jobs they might be advertising, as well as getting all job alerts relevant to you. There will be intelligent requests to update your availability and credits, along with preference on all jobs that come directly through the agency element of our service. Over 95% of jobs have gone to subscribed members in the past year and this is why we want to focus our efforts on paying members.

There will be continued support from our ex-production led team and we will still be promoting you for work that comes in directly.

Why should I pay to subscribe when there are so many other sites out there?

Production Elite is very different to other CV sites because we run an actual agency service and also carefully choose the members we represent. This means that when employers come to us either directly, by advertising jobs or to search profiles via the website, they are not swamped with people or applications that are not suitable for their needs (as they are with other saturated open-to-all CV sites). We restrict the number of people we represent and make sure your skills match the type of productions we are asked to staff. This saves the employers valuable time in the recruitment process.

Since forming in 2007 we have built a reputation for being a trusted and high value service and a number of our clients come to us first before advertising elsewhere.

What does it cost and why should I subscribe for a year?

You may feel that you do not need a subscription whilst working but we think a year round published advert of your skills is a brilliant investment for future placements. Our clients are continuously looking for good people, up to 6 months in advance, and can save your live profile for when they need you or you are available. Also, the more high quality people we have with live profiles on the site, the more employers will continue to come back to us time and time again. If you are not free, they will find a suitable alternative and this will work the other way around for you when you become free again.

We think an annual subscription of £79.99 (under £7 a month) or £11.95 month-to-month with no contract (you can cancel at any time) is a worthwhile investment to be associated with an exclusive agency that only represents the best people in the industry. You get the live interactive profile and the increased chance of finding work through direct requests through the full-time agency service… not to mention our guidance and support.

Once you are a member you can be contacted by employers through your profile, apply to jobs via the jobs board and we will begin to put you forward for suitable jobs that come through from employer searches or direct requests. We act in a similar way to an agent and will take care of everything from arranging interviews through to negotiating rates and our small fee (see our terms of use for fee details). You will also be given invaluable one-to-one advice throughout the recruitment process.
